At Nashbox Studios we specialize in audio-visual content creation for companies in the industrial, manufacturing and product design sectors.

The Problem

JR Automation attend multiple trade shows every year, and also has active social media campaigns. While they utilize industrial video and photography extensively in their campaigns, they felt the need to be able to better explain their fairly complex products. With this in mind, JR Automation connected with Nashbox Studios to execute a few projects for their latest product, the FlexChassis®.

 
 

The Solution

JR Automation is a good candidate for product renderings and 3D animation for the following reasons:

  • The company has an engineering team that designs and manufactures it’s own products. The CAD modeling data they were able to provide us was robust and needed little to no modification to be used for creative assets. Our 3D modeling team in Nashville converted the engineering data to files usable for our purposes and moved on to the product renderings and animation stage.

  • This is a brand new product and they needed creative content to showcase it to their clients as well as to use in in their trade show displays.

  • They have found it beneficial to show their clients the intricate workings of their products. In this case, 3D industrial animation of the products can help, as shown by the video of the product.

The Results

In all, 8 Nashbox team members were involved in created 2 animations and 2 industrial videos. The JR Automation team has been using these assets for their trade shows as well as for their social media campaigns.
