The Problem
In Q2 2024, Fexa was hosting it’s annual Innovation Summit Nashville Tennessee. Given the scale of the event and number of attendees, they needed a reliable content partner/agency that could help with event videography, professional headshots for the attendees, and event photography.
The Solution
Upon searching on Google, Fexa found the Nashbox Studios website. While many freelance photographers offer event photography in Nashville, we offer professional management as an add on. Event days, while exciting and fun filled, can also be stressful if something goes awry. In such situations, the Nashbox team goes above and beyond and helps wherever possible.

The Results
Thanks to a coordinated effort, we were able to achieve the splendid results mentioned below.
Professional Headshot photography appears to be an easy assignment. However, it takes a lot of skill and effort to make a person appear the best possible version of themselves. We had 4 headshot photography setups managed by a team of 8 persons that ensured a seamless experience for the 200+ attendees at the conference.
Out event photography and video team comprised of 2 videographers had to cover over 20K square feet of event space involving different conference rooms at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel, and the event space at the Wild Horse Salon in downtown.
Overall, the team delivered 50+ business headshots, 2 videos, 5+ social media clips and 250+ event photographs!
Such a large setup requires a lot of equipment, gear and food! The production team led by our very capable producer Dana did a fabulous job coordinating the event such that both the client and the team members were in awe of our managerial prowess!
